Plant Based Travels

One of the best things you can do, for the environment, for your health and for your energy (to travel) – is to go Plant based. Vegan for the world. For you. For your health. And for your adventures.

In this blog I will tell you why I changed my eating habits, and how that changed my life. Eating fruits and vegetables, grains, mushrooms, lentils, beans, berries, nuts, seeds and sea-weeds have taken my energy levels to a whole new level. It has risen through the roof. I experience a clarity in my head, have a clearer sense of focus and I over all feel more free.

Fueling your body with the proper nutrients and not loading it with toxins that destroys your mood and weighs your over all state down. Is the magic component.

Here I will show you how easy it is, with inspiring recipes. With influences from all over the world. Intricate spices, flavors that dances on your tongue, that will take you on an adventure all over the world – on your plate.
